Each sign-up pertains to a single individual unless authorized by an appropriate Power of Attorney.        If you opt into Good Credit 123's Text Message Program upon signing up for services, you can stop receiving service-related text         messages by texting STOP (and no other characters) to the short code from which you received the Good Credit 123 text                    message(s). While most STOP requests are processed promptly, it might take up to 3 business days from the date you text STOP        to be removed from Good Credit 123's texting list(s). Please note that texting STOP in response to a service-related text message         will halt only service-related messages and will apply solely to the phone number used to send the STOP request.

1. Member Files: Upon signing up for Good Credit 123's services, you'll enter into a separate written agreement. Each file created under this agreement is termed a “Member File.” These files are governed by terms displayed on service screens, Good Credit 123’s policies, applicable laws, and regulations. Accessible through the online services provided by Good Credit 123, Member Files contain account payment information, service-related updates and notes, credit report data provided by you and integrated into your file, dispute instructions, and other pertinent details. Access to Member Files through the online service is typically available 24/7, subject to specific terms and any separate written agreements.

2. Access to Member Files: By agreeing, you authorize Good Credit 123 to grant access to your Member File(s) via its online services available at members.goodcredit123.com (the “Member Website”). These files offer details such as account payment data, service progress, credit report details, dispute instructions, and more. Access requires a password and compatible hardware and software. Generally, information is updated in Member Files upon completion of relevant work.

3. Ownership: Good Credit 123’s website contains protected content, including text, images, designs, trademarks, and materials owned by Good Credit 123 or third parties. Good Credit 123 retains all rights, title, and interest in the website, its technology, underlying data, enhancements, software, and improvements associated with it.
