Refund Policy
This Good Credit 123 LLC Refund Policy Agreement (“Refund Policy”) is between you and Good Credit 123 LLC, its past, present, or future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, assignees, successors, and their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, partners, and members (whether acting in their corporate or individual capacity) (“Good Credit 123 LLC,” “we” or “us”), with a principal place of business at PO Box 1234, Denver, CO 80204. Notwithstanding any language in the Refund Policy to the contrary, the Refund Policy has the same effect as an agreement in writing and governs your use of this site and its content (the “Website”), your engagement of Good Credit 123 LLC’s services, your request that Good Credit 123 LLC contact you about its credit repair services, your participation in Good Credit 123 LLC’s Text Message Program, and/or your engagement in Good Credit 123 LLC’s services. Good Credit 123 LLC’s “Text Message Program” includes sending text message(s) to Good Credit 123 LLC and/or receiving text message(s) from Good Credit 123 LLC. The Refund Policy applies where applicable in all Good Credit 123 LLC master agreements.
BY USING THE WEBSITE, ENGAGING Good Credit 123 LLC’S SERVICES, REQUESTING THAT Good Credit 123 LLC CONTACT YOU ABOUT ITS CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES, AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN Good Credit 123 LLC’S TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE REFUND POLICY.
Good Credit 123 LLC’s Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) stipulates explicitly that a full refund (“Full Refund”) of any and all payments, including any fees associated with any and all payments, is applicable when and where no updates or changes have occurred to any negative or otherwise inaccurate information on, at a minimum, one of the consumer’s credit files with any of the three primary credit reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax: “Primary CRAs”) within the first 180 days of engaging Good Credit 123 LLC’s services. The Refund Policy stipulates explicitly that a full refund where applicable under the Refund Policy will not be issued automatically; the refund must be requested by the consumer within 365 days of engaging Good Credit 123 LLC’s services and no earlier than 180 days from engaging Good Credit 123 LLC’s services. Upon manual review of the consumer’s internal files with Good Credit 123 LLC and the consumer’s credit files with the Primary CRAs, the Full Refund will be processed if applicable under the Refund Policy. Good Credit 123 LLC holds no responsibility for any and all additional payments, including any fees associated with any and all additional payments, made to third party companies in conjunction with Good Credit 123 LLC’s services.
Good Credit 123 LLC’s Refund Policy applies to your use of Good Credit 123 LLC’s website, all services provided by us, your request that Good Credit 123 LLC contact you about its credit repair services, and/or your participation in Good Credit 123 LLC’s Text Message Program, and its terms are made a part of the Refund Policy. By using Good Credit 123 LLC’s website, engaging our services, requesting that Good Credit 123 LLC contact you about its credit repair services, and/or participating in Good Credit 123 LLC’s Text Message Program, you acknowledge you have reviewed Good Credit 123 LLC’s Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
